Our Daily Goal: To create an amazing service experience for our clients by pairing the correct vehicle, Chauffeur and amenities which best match the client’s needs and elevate their transportation experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume calls with a smile to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure appropriate supporting communication between the client and the Chauffeur
  • Schedule and dispatch Chauffeurs and vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

  • 1 year prior dispatch experience required
  • Reliable, on time, detail oriented and strong multi-tasker
  • 24 hour shift availability including weekends and holidays

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

Dynamic, goal-oriented personality with high sense of urgency. 

Prior sales or customer service experience a plus. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Entrepreneurial mindset – “It’s your business!” 

Must be a good team player, possess a positive, can-do attitude, be self-motivated and excel in a fast-paced environment. 

Able to work and respond in a time-sensitive environment. 

Ability to type 40+ WPM. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. 

Must have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude and team-oriented mindset. 

Upward mobility into managerial positions available.
