Our Daily Goal: To create an amazing service experience for our clients by pairing the correct vehicle, Chauffeur and amenities which best match the client’s needs and elevate their transportation experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume calls with a smile to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure appropriate supporting communication between the client and the Chauffeur
- Schedule and dispatch Chauffeurs and vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs
Skills Required and Physical Demands:
- 1 year prior dispatch experience required
- Reliable, on time, detail oriented and strong multi-tasker
- 24 hour shift availability including weekends and holidays
