We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our successful sales team. Responsibilities:

• Convert requests from potential guests into reservations.
• Educate potential guests about the features and benefits which make Black Tie the safest, most reliable and enjoyable service available.
• Create the ultimate experience for guests by booking the vehicle and amenities which best enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed account, guest and ride information.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory.

Requirements:

• Dynamic, goal oriented personality with high sense of urgency.
• Must be available to work some evening and weekend hours.
• Prior sales or customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – “It’s your business!”
• Must be a good team player, possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated and excel in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work and respond in a time-sensitive environment.
• Willing to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• This is an in-office position, working Monday through Friday in our Pleasanton, CA office.
• Must have excellent Customer Service Skills, Professional attitude, and team-oriented mindset.

This would be a great career for a hotel manager, event planner or travel planner with sales experience.

Experience in the Transportation Industry is not required.
